LIHE

Governance and Leadership

LIHE is governed by two independent bodies. The Governing Council carries responsibility for the institute itself; the Academic Board holds authority over academic standards. Keeping the two separate is what stops decisions about teaching quality being made by the people managing the business.

Finance, strategy, governance and risk

The Governing Council

The governing council has overall responsibility for the Institute, including its finance, strategic direction, governance, and risk management.
