Luciano D'Ambrosi leads Lead Institute of Higher Education (LIHE) with a focus on strategic growth, academic quality, strong governance and an outstanding student experience.

He brings deep experience in higher education leadership. Before joining LIHE, Luciano spent more than eight years at Education Centre of Australia (ECA), where he held senior roles overseeing higher education, vocational education and the Professional Year program. He has also held leadership positions at George Brown College, and his experience within education spans course development, lecturing, strategic planning, marketing and stakeholder engagement.

Luciano began his career in strategy and marketing, with senior roles at Rydges Hotels and Resorts and Seymour Strategists, where his work earned UDIA awards.

He holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from UNSW.

Rajat Singh Chauhan is a Director at Lead Institute of Higher Education (LIHE), where he leads strategic development, growth and investment. His work focuses on market expansion, strategic partnerships and acquisitions across the education sector.

Drawing on an extensive partner network spanning the Indian subcontinent, Southeast Asia, China, South America and Africa, Rajat brings a genuinely international perspective to institutional growth. He is committed to building partnerships that connect students with quality higher education and deliver on the promise of studying abroad.

At LIHE, Rajat has led market expansion, partnership development and the capacity growth program that brought the Parramatta campus to full enrolment. He now drives the Institute’s next phase of growth, strengthening its market position and extending its reach.

Rajat holds a Bachelor of Business (Information Systems) from Canterbury Institute of Management, where he also served as President of the Student Association.

Gursheen Kaur Chadha is an experienced academic operations professional with nearly 13 years of experience across academic coordination, educational leadership, curriculum management and institutional administration. She holds two master’s degrees and two graduate degrees, reflecting a strong academic foundation across her areas of professional expertise.

Gursheen provides high-level support across academic governance, committee operations, executive coordination, academic compliance and quality assurance, contributing to the effective and efficient functioning of institutional processes. Her responsibilities include coordinating Academic Board, Governing Council and committee activities; preparing governance papers, agendas and minutes; monitoring action items; and maintaining accurate academic, governance and compliance records.

She works closely with academic and executive leadership to support regulatory requirements, academic quality, institutional governance and continuous improvement. Her strong organisational, communication and stakeholder-management capabilities enable her to manage complex academic and governance processes with a structured, detail-oriented and outcomes-focused approach.

Gursheen’s combination of academic experience, leadership capability and governance expertise enables her to contribute effectively to institutional decision-making, accountability and the ongoing enhancement of academic standards. She is committed to supporting strong governance practices and fostering an environment of academic quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

Sandy is an experienced academic librarian with over 10 years of experience supporting learning, teaching, and research across the higher education sector. She works closely with students to develop their research, information, and academic skills, helping them confidently locate, evaluate, and use information to achieve their academic goals. Sandy also collaborates with academic staff to embed information literacy and research skills into the curriculum and provides in-class support for assessments and learning activities.

A key area of Sandy’s expertise is supporting subject and course development through the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of high-quality information resources. She works closely with academic staff to ensure library collections align with curriculum requirements, accreditation standards, and emerging disciplinary trends. Her experience includes collection development, resource evaluation, licensing and acquisition of print and digital resources, and the effective use of a wide range of academic databases to support teaching, learning, and research.

Sandy's professional interests include collection development, resource evaluation, and ensuring equitable access to high-quality scholarly information. She is committed to helping students, educators, and researchers navigate an increasingly complex information environment and develop the skills needed for lifelong learning and evidence-based practice. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Western Sydney University and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Science (Library and Information Management) from Charles Sturt University.

Tatchaya Rungphitthayanon (Fon) is our Student Accounts Support Officer, helping students manage their fees, invoices and payments with clarity and care.

Fon brings a strong mix of financial administration, attention to detail and customer service, drawn from experience across accounting, education services and aviation. Before joining LIHE, she spent six years with an Australian education and migration organisation, where she managed client accounts and supported key finance functions, including invoicing, accounts receivable, payment reconciliation, debt follow-up and agreement administration.

Earlier in her career, Fon spent more than a decade in aviation, first as a Flight Attendant with Korean Air and then as Senior Cabin Crew with Thai AirAsia, where she led cabin teams. Most recently, she worked with Jetstar Airways at Sydney Airport.

Known for her organised, detail-focused and collaborative approach, Fon is proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Silpakorn University in Thailand and speaks fluent English and Thai, as well as some Korean.
